Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join us in a pivotal client-facing role, responsible for managing and expanding our brand and category partnership. This role demands strong production expertise, project management and client management experience. Essential requirements include a profound understanding of creative and production processes, adeptness at managing key timings, mitigating risks, problem-solving, and ensuring brand consistency through collaboration with regional teams. Receive and interpret client briefs, and effectively communicate project requirements to the production hub. Brief production teams on client expectations, project specifications, and creative direction. Facilitate any necessary changes or revisions to meet client needs and expectations. Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively addressing them to ensure timely delivery. Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service under high-pressure situations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of project management or account management experience in an agency environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Has the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in interacting with co-workers at various levels and across multiple disciplines. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
