Working with a team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage the daily client activities for the assigned large industrial and petrochemical property and facility. Likewise, you will implement building procedures and performance measures\xe2\x80\x94and ease the path for compliance with these. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and developing better processes. To apply you need to be:Adept at facilities managementYou\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have six to eight years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities management or other related fields to land this job. A tertiary education, a working knowledge of occupational safety, and exposure to life sciences environment may also give you leverage in getting the job. You must also have a solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience leading big teams of staff with different skillsets and seniority level. This is a senior level role with direct reports comprising of mid-level managers.Highly analytical and engaging.The ideal candidate can effectively resolve complex issues through quantitative methods and holistic approaches. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to be a goal-oriented manager who is an expert in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management. Candidates with strong background in HSSE and workplace safety will be viewed favorably.
