Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of setting up renewal strategies and deliver high retention ratio for the portfolio and meet company targets.
  • Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies
  • Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
  • Negotiate the most suitable policy terms for all stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with different internal functions (i.e. Claims, Policy Administration and Credit Risk)
  • Maintain satisfactory relationship with all business partners and intermediaries
  • Conduct and execute adhoc customer centricity projects
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related discipline
  • 5 years solid experience in corporate Account / Relationship Management
  • Past experience within Trade Finance / Trade Credit Insurance is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills a must
  • Customer-driven with a passion to provide first class services to clients and insurance brokers
  • Outgoing, highly energized and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
