Position: Account Manager
Industry: IT Solution
Location: Bangsar, KL Job Responsibilty

• Be the primary point of contact for all matter relating to clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and concerns
• Build long-term relationships with customers, maintain strong and positive relationship with key accounts, stakeholder, and executive sponsor
• Develop new business with existing customer and acquire new customers to meet sales quotas
• Build strategic business plan to expand company\xe2\x80\x99s client base and ensure its strongpresence
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new technology and competition landscape
• Able to communicate and prospect company\xe2\x80\x99s solution offering sto clients
• Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets
• customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and expectation
• Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast
• Participating in tender and other bids activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following areas: Application Related Solution, Infrastructure/Network Solution/Virtualization/Managed Services, IT Security Management Solution
• From SI (System Integrator) background
• Experience in Enterprise Accounts is a must
• Industry knowledge is optional
• Direct client-facing experience and receiving positive client feedback
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and acquired new account
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
