JOB DESCRIPTION - Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner - Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances - Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters - Assist in audit and tax preparation - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulation - Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries - Develop and manage budgets, including long-term financial plans and annual operating budgets. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide financial insights for decision-making. - Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash inflows and outflows, working capital, and liquidity. Optimize cash management practices to maximize interest income and minimize borrowing costs. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department managers, executives, and board members, to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and recommendations effectively. - Performing day to day accounting and administrative operations - Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline and automate financial operations. Provide training and support to staff members on financial software and tools. - Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff members, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignment - Monitor datelines and close follow up. Able to work independently and efficiently. - Managing daily assigned tasks and recording accurate information in accordance with company standards and policies. - Experienced in handling accounts in the field of contractor work is highly encouraged. JOB REQUIREMENT - Candidates must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. - Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or equivalent - At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience as Financial Controller, preferably with experience in construction industry. - 2-3 plus years of managerial accounting and financial management experience - Experience with QNE Accounting Software, financial forecasting & reporting - Self-motivated, pleasant personality and good analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - PC Literate Especially Microsoft Excel - Sense of urgency for goal achievement - Able To Handle Paper Works - Must Be Able To Work Independently With Little Supervision - Own transport - Punctual, good discipline, willing to learn and able to work independently.
