PM Advisors Sdn Bhd is a fast growing fintech company specializing in cashless payment solutions to our clients. We service top banks in Malaysia in their acquiring business and a wide range of merchants business portfolios. About The Job We are seeking eager, motivated candidates to join our growing organization. You will be managing and overseeing day-to-day business activities in the following role with many opportunities provided. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and developing relationship with new and existing clients and merchants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interacting and managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback to understand and support their needs and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and maintaining good customer relationship. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling and managing office work and reports required by the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading and coordinating overall project discussions and implementations with clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with processing, operations and development team in providing good services and customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting and performing any other tasks or assignment as may be requested by management from time to time. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills in supporting performance management are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 year experience in similar business position will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin both verbally and in written format. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of working with diverse stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prioritise, multi-task and co-ordinate workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good time management skills, fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
PM Advisors Sdn Bhd (PMA) is a payment management advisory company providing both consultancy and solution to address the competitive needs of card and payment transaction business. Services include: Payment consultancy services to merchants, acquirers and global consulting companies.
