Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic and global team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in Sales department and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. You will work closely with each department to maximize revenue in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities


  • Sales strategy and planning: Links corporate strategy & goals to daily business activity. Analyses the business & assesses business challenges and opportunities. Defines strategic priorities to deliver market growth and competitive advantage. Builds business plans to achieve targets. Manages all stages of the sales pipeline. Utilises resources effectively.
  • Sales leadership: Demonstrates team leadership. Outlines sales vision for sales area & team. Communicates strategic priorities to generate understanding and commitment. Adopts positive & professional attitude and appearance at all times. Organizes and leads regular internal sales meetings and attends and participates in management meetings.
  • Sales coaching & managing performance: Primary coaching responsibility for own direct reports, in line with Sales MAP principles. Defines team and individual goals and targets. Builds sales capability within the team, profiles individuals to develop skills and attitude. Runs effective sales team meetings. Identifies performance gaps and provides effective feedback to develop performance.
  • Business development: develops own sets of clients with individual budget target. Maintain relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.
  • Responsible for DSO (daily sales outstanding) & AR (account receivable) for own team or assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for assigned market and client development; sales revenue and profit target; staff development
  • Ensures business transactions are in accordance with the company policies
  • Project work as per individual assignment
  • Support management with assigned tasks in timeline as offer recommendations proactively to managers in aim to achieve financial targets and create motivative team.
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Excellent selling and influencing skills;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated and a good teamwork player;
  • Good negotiation skill;
  • Good knowledge of destinations and tourist attractions in Europe
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
We Are Looking for a Person With:
  • Bachelor or above with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales & Marketing, in travel or related industry is an advantage.
  • Track record in establishing relationships with clients/travel agents or related authorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English;
