Key Responsibilities:

Support distributors in the market, acting as their main contact on a daily basis.

Drive partner recruitment & activation within the assigned territory, managing the assigned region and overseeing sales and marketing activities.

Work closely with key focus partners in the region and continuously evaluate their performance.

Contribute to growing the regional business to enhance brand awareness, particularly for B2B customers/clients, and improve revenue.

Provide training, coaching, and education to partners.

Plan, implement, and follow up on marketing activities with key partners in collaboration with the local marketing manager.

Support distributor-led and company-led marketing activities, including tradeshows and partner workshops.

Train distributors and other channel partners on product offerings while building and maintaining strong business relationships.

Qualify and monitor inbound information requests for products and channel partners, ensuring timely responses to qualified leads.

Evaluate the performance of each distributor and channel partner.

Achieve annual and quarterly targets set for the region.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.

3-6 years of experience in a similar position.

Demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets through partner relationships.

Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customers effectively.
