Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive incremental revenue growth within existing / New client accounts. Understanding of client objectives and offering digital solutions to clients. Prepare the proposal and presentation to client and follow up closing the deals. Liaising with clients and Internal team effectively to execute successful of campaigns. Managing and servicing client on-going projects and new projects. Consistently meet and update the management on sales activity and revenue. Monitor effectiveness of the campaigns and make recommendations of improvements. Maintain good relationships with key accounts in existing and new accounts. Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to Sales plan. Ability to priorities and well organize work. Our clients are primarily Marketing and Communication agencies including worldwide agency holding groups as well as local Malaysia agencies. Requirements Thorough understanding on Video, Richmedia and data oriented campaigns. Good Agency / Client Contacts and have constantly managed relations across multiple levels. Well organized, professional, high energy and details-oriented Highly dynamic, creativity and results-driven with excellent sales and people skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with teammates, utilizing all available resources Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills. Confident, flexible, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and meet deadlines. Passionate about digital and online advertising Enthusiastic, energetic and excellence in execution Able to work independently and teamwork. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. Required skill(s): Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Preferably 2-3 years of working sales experience in advertising/creative/digital agency environment
