About You You are an all star well rounded operator who wants to join a championship team of high-caliber, focused and diligent talent. You have an eye for simplicity, speed, and execution. You should be able to think analytically about food delivery sales growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we launch, grow, and develop a delivery concept. How You\'ll Make an Impact Build and manage relationships with kitchen operators on a day-to-day basis to understand how we can help them become successful with our product offerings Onboard new accounts and implement launch playbook across a variety of markets Work extremely cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering teams Learn our product inside out and provide feedback on how we can improve it Expand Forward\'s customer base by introducing smart growth programs Responsibilities & Requirements You are comfortable tackling challenges from defining a cloud kitchen\'s launch strategy, to writing the playbook for a successful cloud kitchen. You should be able to think analytically about food delivery sales growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we launch, grow, and develop a delivery brand. Here are some skills we are looking for: Analytical - there\'s going to be a lot of hustle and implementation work in this role. You\'ll need to think analytically about where you\'re applying your superpowers to help structure the company\'s efforts to drive quality growth in a process and numbers driven manner. Experience - previously worked in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success at a high growth startup Excellent communication skills - both in communicating strategy, process, storytelling, and priorities internally to the team as well as externally to our cloud kitchen partners. Passion for the restaurant, food, and technology!
