Kelayakan
  • Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Account or equivalent.
  • Initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.
  • This position should have a minimum 2 years working experience.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle full set of accounts - Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Journals, and Cash Book.
  • Prepare online banking.
  • Assist the management to update Cash flow, Bank Reconciliation statement and etc.
  • Prepare monthly closing of accounts & reports and timely submission to the Management.
  • Monitor, maintain and update HR database and employee personal files
  • Manage the preparation and processing of payroll data accurately with timely submission
  • Assist in leave management, benefits administration, claim verification, draft general HR letters and correspondences
  • Assist in administration of the performance appraisal, bonus and salary review exercise
  • Familiar with SQL Payroll system and Master accounting System.
