Job Description


  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities including full set accounts, accounts receivable & accounts payable performed by the Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management report review financial statements, sales reports, forecast sales analysis , budgets & variance analysis.
  • To provide insights about spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin
  • Coordinate and liaise with financial institutions, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary, Lawyer, Banker, MIDA, Government Authorities & etc on related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting & financial standards, tax guidelines and other statutory laws and regulations.
  • Deal with bankers and responsible for the documentation of trade document, such as Term Loan, OD, TT or BA.
  • Reviews Fixed Assets (Schedules + written off/ disposal) timely and accurately prepared by subordinates.
  • Coordinates and conducts stock-take or stock review.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany and operational activities.
  • Lead the implementation of E-Invoicing systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • To assist on SST checking and submission.
  • To assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Management.
