About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Account Manager / Senior Manager

to lead our finance and accounting operations.
The successful candidate will oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with

MFRS/MPERS

, tax regulations, and company policies. Monitor

cash flow

and

working capital

to maintain financial stability. Lead the annual

budgeting and forecasting

process across departments. Analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions. Develop and maintain

internal control systems

to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with all statutory, audit, and tax requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities. Monitor and control

operational costs

, identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives. Conduct

profitability and variance analyses

to support decision-making. Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team. Provide financial insights to support business strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

Age between

40 - 49 years old

Bachelor's Degree

in Accounting or Finance

7-10 years

of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry At least

3 years in a managerial role

PCR Control Certificate

(required) Strong knowledge of

MFRS/IFRS, financial regulations, and tax laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
