• 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing at a creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable briefs.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Solid understanding of creative processes, design trends, and agency workflow.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficient in software and have a good command of English.
• Understanding of budget management in client projects.

Tanggungjawab

• Act as main client contact; understand objectives and timelines, manage daily communication, and provide project updates.
• Build long-term relationships, attend meetings to gather briefs and feedback, and translate client needs into clear briefs for the team.
• Oversee budgets and timelines, ensure deadlines are met, communicate client revisions, and propose creative solutions to boost agency value.
• Develop decks and proposals for pitches, contribute ideas in brainstorming, and align design concepts with client goals.
• Review creative work for quality, present strategies to clients, prepare budgets, keep detailed records, provide weekly updates, and resolve project issues efficiently.
