Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and aggressive Account (Sales) Manager - Distribution: Malaysia who can achieve the desired business results to join our Sales Distribution team. This position will report the Sales Manager, Sales Distribution SEA.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Engage with strong self-initiative to achieve the business objectives, annual and strategic goals.
• Close working relationship with distributors to drive sales plans for new products and industry and/or application, while continue drive growth in existing product with assurance to achieve the acceptable contribution margins. Product programs shall take place in conjunction with the Marketing and Product group team.
• Self-tracking and close monitor achievement of sales key metrics forecasts and work to close any gaps with priorities.
• Engage and commit fully on company policies, operating platform/system and process to ensure full compliance of work integrity, authority matrix, legal regulation and trade management.
• Act as a leader representing the Distribution and Segment, and walk the talk, and to work closely with the respective region country managers and colleagues to leverage each other capability and to achieve synergy.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering as preferably.
• At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in sales industry.
• Ability to work both independently and teams.
• Strong commitment to ethical business conduct at all times.
• A broad knowledge of management techniques in planning, organization and administration.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics products and applications, local conditions, markets, business practices and appropriate laws.
• Display Strong self-discipline, time management and self-initiative, problem solving and analytical ability to resolve a variety of sales management challenges and problems.
• Human relation skills to build and sustain positive relationships and motivate people both internal and external to the organization.
• Superior communication skills - written and verbal are required.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
