Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for E-com Account Manager - Zalora & SDMY to join our growing team.
Malaysia marks the first direct retail investment in Asia through a joint venture partnership with Malaysian owned MST Golf Group of companies, a well-established golf retailer and service provider in the region. Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 32 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment. Sports Direct Malaysia offers over 72 of the leading authentic global sports brands, offering the widest variety of choice and value. The company employs 1200 staff with a view to expanding rapidly across Asia in the coming years.
We have developed a new generation of stores as part of our multi channel elevation strategy, to enhance the customer experience at every step of the journey. Our focus is on presenting an unrivalled range of quality products at excellent value in a modern spacious environment. The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing platforms as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Commercial strategist
Develop, monitor and manage an assigned portfolio of brands/account on the marketplaces platform
Formulate a sound commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, and ensure key accounts to hit their sales targets
Evaluate performance on a daily, weekly and month basis to further optimize product, pricing and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend
Plan, manage and execute Campaign Management with details (KPI, ROI, ROAS, Target audience & etc)
Relationship
Establish strong relationships with SD partners ( Zalora, TiktokShop & etc), and support our activities on marketplaces platform
Support SD\'s partners in their store launches, sales campaigns and brand events
Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for SD & business partners
Skilled consultant
Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success
Develop channel marketing and promotions plans
Coach sellers in maximizing yield from our platform, and internal teams on optimal seller support
