Job Info: The successful incumbent is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions to customers. To maintain close relationship with the customers in assigned industries. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract. \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfillment team. Qualifications/Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience selling industrial products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service). \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own vehicle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.
