Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. Persuading prospect customers that company products will best satisfy their needs. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. Offering after-sales support services. Following up on timely delivery of goods and payment collection after sales order acquired. Recording and maintaining customer data and sales activities on CRM system. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, & yearly sales targets. Fully adhere to company regulations, code of conduct, and policy. Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior. YOUR PROFILE Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense. The ability to motivate and lead a team. Coaching and mentoring skills.
