• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with internal teams and clients at all levels.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Willingness to share knowledge and assist team members.
• Maximum salary can reach 10k!

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries (the customer service team will handle general queries).
• Assist with market research.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Actively monitor and confirm changes in client inventory levels and investigate reasons for changes.
• Understand client needs and propose solutions to enhance company competitiveness.
• Travel to meet clients as necessary (about once every 3-4 months, though not required in the short term).
• Handle tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Manage and develop key designated accounts, fostering strong partnerships and increasing cooperation with key clients.
• Oversee and optimize customer experience, providing professional advice from initial contact through to project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to support customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Deepen client relationships by understanding their organizational structure and decision-making processes.
• Provide regular reports and analyses to evaluate the overall sales performance and customer satisfaction, and draft growth plans.
• Experience with proposal presentations and ability to offer tailored solutions based on different client needs.
