The Account Manager is accountable for the customer satisfaction through a close and strong relationship with the customers for a dedicated scope. You will be responsible to develop, implement and adapt the most appropriate strategy for each account. You are able to animate/coordinate the Alizent teams to answer the client needs and requests, and to measure the efficiency of actions proposed. You are able to promote the value proposition of Alizent offer and to manage commercial offers.
