Job Description

Finance & Accounts Responsibilities

Prepare cheque/payment vouchers for staff final salary. Prepare cheque/payment vouchers for special instructions. Review the monthly payable report. Review account data entries (payment vouchers & supplier payments). Handle and submit payments for approval via the bank. Review student attendance records and prepare monthly invoices for LZS and MAIWP. Review the monthly receivable report. Prepare the monthly cash flow statement for NIMSB. Prepare yearly financial statements. Prepare tax computation statements. Make statutory tax declarations to LHDN. Maintain and update data for asset valuation. Manage the company's yearly budget. Prepare budgets for new branches. Safekeep and maintain financial documents, including bank statements. Assist external auditors on finance-related matters. Handle documentation related to financial institutions/banks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
