Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To monitor and review day to day operations, month end closing, reporting and financial analysis which is compliance with MFRS.
Key liaison person for external and internal audit and tax related matters.
Provide guidance and develop the team to support the overall function.
Assist in annual budget compilation.
Handling Company Tax Planning and Tax computation.
Responsible for monthly cash flow and monthly financial reports including LMW report.
Analyse overall Company Financial position and perform necessary analysis on cost budget and revenue.
Enhancing the organization's human capital planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, program, and practices.
Consulting with the line managers and provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee management and development as well as organization development.
Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the company in all regions, ensuring compliance of company policies, rules, and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with all prevailing laws, rules, and regulations.
Conduct periodic audit on HR processes.
Handling employee relations, grievance and other HR related duties and development initiatives.
Support company policies writing and regions.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an Accountancy degree or a professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of related experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and verbal).
Must be willing to travel.
Required skill(s) : Strong Financial Performance & Analytic Skills, High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Good Presentation Skills, Possess Good Leadership and Management Skills and Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable of working as a team to meet timelines.
Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
