Job duties and responsibilities:



Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company's policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations. Liaises with external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with statutory law and regulations. Manages corporate communication channels and prepares documentation related to bank or financial institutions. Manages and oversees cash flow by tracking transactions undertaken by the Company and reviews internal reports, and subsequently provide cash flow forecast to the Management. Develops and prepares strategic financial plans, i.e. risk minimisation and opportunity forecasting to management for decision making. Develops business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal control Prepares periodic financial performance (against budgets) reports to the Senior Management. Work closely with the management team to presents business cases and analysis findings. Supports the implementation of strategic business plans. Delivers insightful analysis and recommendations, as necessary.

Job requirements:



Must possess any of the professional qualification, i.e. ACCA or CPA. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounting or related fields. Excellence knowledge and proven experience in financial reporting, financial management and accounting principles and procedures. Ability to use financial data to influence decision making. Ability to work in proactive and reliable manner, both independently and as a team. Advanced experience in use of accounting and financial systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel (Advanced level). Power Point and etc. Ability to work under fast-paced environment with time constraint, while maintaining high standard of accuracy and efficient process. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop reports or written documents, briefing, negotiate with external stakeholders and etc. Good interpersonal skills and are able to engage with staffs from other functional departments including marketing, procurement and etc. Possesses own transport and willing to work on alternate Saturday half day.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
