Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Maintain the billing system.
  • Prepare vouchers and cheque payments.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Maintaining orderly filing system and proper accounting documentation.
  • Assist in annual audit.
  • Investigating and resolving any irregulates or enquiries
  • Keep an accurate record of all transactions.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
  • Protect organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform any duty as and when required by the superior.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance/Accounts or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.(Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage).
  • Familiar with Accounting software.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
