We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Account Officer

to support our cross-regional financial operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records by identifying and resolving discrepancies. Process a high volume of invoices, including necessary manual adjustments. Review and verify VAT details, particularly for

UK, Germany, and other international markets

. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting finance operations across multiple regions. Manage finance-related emails and shared folders with professionalism and timeliness. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Support the enhancement and implementation of financial systems and workflows. Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and other MS Office applications. Experience using

Microsoft Dynamics AX, OSCAR, or Lexmark Perceptive

is an added advantage. Prior experience in a

Shared Services Centre

or

multinational company

is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month
