Responsibilities

• Preparation of group financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain full set of accounts in accurate manner and in compliance with the statutory requirements and accounting standard
• Coordinate finance, tax and secretarial matters for the companies within the group.
• Review the financial statements of the companies within the group.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Compiling, analysing and reporting financial data.
• To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, monthly cheque issuance, daily collection
