An Account Payable Analyst - Vietnamese Speaker job has become available at a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

About the Account Payable Analyst - Vietnamese Speaker Role:
In this role, you will lead the management of accounts receivable, implement strategic debt collection initiatives, analyse and report on collection performance, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring legal compliance and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoice data into SAP with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation for all processed invoices
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Conduct thorough verification of invoice details and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Generate and analyse reports on invoice processing metrics
• Communicate findings to the relevant teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you must be familiar with AP operational tasks such as invoice and payment processing.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in invoice processing
• Proactive, able to work under tight timelines
• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Well versed in SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to the nature of the role
• Willing to work on shift hours
