Role Description
This contract role is for an Accounts Payable Assistant located on-site in Melaka Raya, Malacca, Malaysia. The Accounts Payable Assistant will handle tasks such as processing invoices, verifying financial data, assisting with accounting records, supporting accounts payable activities, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. The role requires collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
Experience with invoicing and processing payments
Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Experience with accounting software and tools is an advantage
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
