Responsibilities:

Review, decision and process Fraud Customer Service referrals Achieve high productivity whilst maintaining high accuracy Able to make sound, fact-based decisions drawing on information Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised and ability to perform under a pressured environment Ensure fraud procedures are adhered to Understand and comply with all Fraud processes and local regulations Work on other Fraud related tasks and projects as and when required

Minimum Qualifications:

Good analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail Able to articulate clearly and consicely both verbally and in writing, presenting information in a logical manner Understanding of Disputes & Chargeback process would be an advantage Ability to work at high speed while maintaining accuracy Highly self-motivated individual as this role involves performing repetitive tasks
