Position Title: Account Receivable
Working Location: Kerinchi, KL
Tenure: 6months
Salary: RM 5000 -7000 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Normal working hour (9am-6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Extract daily customer payments from bank statements.
Process payments, generate journals, and upload to system.
Ensure payments are correctly credited to customer accounts.
Validate new customer applications and payments.
Issue credit notes, debit notes, and journal vouchers.
Investigate disputes, make adjustments, and prepare void cases.
Perform GL reconciliation and clear outstanding items.
Escalate issues to Supervisor when needed.
Support UAT, projects, and process improvements.
