Job Description


Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for full cycle accounts receivable processing includes sales invoices/credit notes preparation, accounts receivable collections, monthly accounts receivable statement, month-end closing and reconciliations with close interaction with cross function departments to ensure timely, effectively and efficiently handling of queries, doubts and disputes.

What You Will Do

  • Maintenance of new and update customer profile including information and credit management
  • Prepare and process month end closing activities
  • Journal entries (provisions [warranty/bad debts/commission], accruals, re-classes and relocations)
  • Accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliation
  • General analysis of Accounts Receivable aging report and collection report
  • Intercompany balance confirmation
  • Enter sale\'s invoices, debit note, credit note and voucher for customer receipts
  • Resolve Accounts Receivable issues including credit management, collection, transactions etc.
  • Maintaining filing of records documents and accounting reports
  • Prepare and ensure accurately and timely delivery of the following report:-
  • Monthly Inter Companies Balances report
  • Monthly AR Aging and Trial Balance report
  • Monthly Gross Margin by Region report
  • Monthly Open Sales Order by Region with Margin report
  • Monthly submission extension payment of overseas AR invoices
  • Any other month end reports as required
What You Will Bring
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related accounts Receivable work experience
  • Must have knowledge about the Accounts Receivable & GL process, practices and principle
  • Computer literacy in Excel, Word , Email and accounting software is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English , any further language is an advantage
  • Position requires a strong attention to detail with data input
  • Strong communication skills in response with various internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Timely and through responses to both internal customers and suppliers.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Simpang Ampat.
