Job Description

Responsibility:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Evaluate and set credit limits for new and existing dealers based on their credit profiles
• Monitor and control credit limits, including tracking outstanding balances and overdue payments.
• Actively pursue overdue payments by contacting customers via phone, email, or mail, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Actively communicate with dealers to provide information on credit limits and issue reminders when limits are nearing
• Ensure compliance with the company\'s credit policies and procedures.
• Resolve payment and financial issues with dealers professionally and effectively.
• Continuously assess and update the credit risk of customers and make recommendations for credit limit adjustments or the initiation of legal action
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, including aging reports, bad debt provisions, and collections performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounts receivable management or a similar financial service.
• In-depth knowledge of credit management and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with dealers.
• Proficiency in financial software tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
