Our client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They have roles available for Account Receivable (Credit Control & AR Operation) Manager (OTC/AR).Job description:

• Oversee AR team - measure and review performance through the use of operating metrics and KPIs.
• Provide guidance to team leaders to promote standardization and efficiency.
• Review aging report and analyze account history to determine the appropriate action necessary for successfully handling aged debts and skipped or partial payments.
• Review credit terms and credit limit for new and existing customers.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to refine OTC process including process change, standardization and automation.
• Compile monthly quality claims report for review by plant management.
• Ensure reconciliation of account receivables subledgers to GL and eliminate all unknown items.
• Support the audit process by managing expectations and providing schedules on a timely basis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of positive change in the AR function in the Company.
• Ensure full adherence to MCC accounting policies, processes, procedures and authorization levels.
• Ensure full adherence to SOX controls.
• Act as the focal point to ensure effective communication and resolution of key AR issues and decisions.

Skills and experience required:

• At least 12 years of experience in accounting scope and/or relevant academic background in bachelor\'s degree in Finance / Accounting or any professional qualification.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Great leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
