to manage and oversee our dealership's accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking customer payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements.
Reconcile accounts receivable records and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation of all transactions and interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, or similar).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in
Bahasa Malaysia & English
.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
