Job Description


The Order to Cash Executive will play a key role in enhancing the accounting and finance operations of a leading FMCG organisation. The candidate will leverage their skills to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the financial health of the organisation.

  • Provide Accounts Receivable transaction processing support, ensuring compliance with business policies ECS requirements, and local legal/statutory requirements.
  • Manage daily AR operations, ensuring timely delivery within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Oversee the full AR cycle, from invoice processing to cash allocation, while ensuring high-quality execution and timely resolution of open/overdue items.
  • Lead the migration of AR functions to the Shared Services Centre in Malaysia and support internal and external audit requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient process integration, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process simplifications and standardisation.
  • Perform month-end processes, prepare reports, and assist with ad-hoc tasks, while building strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve performance

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience preferably in a shared service settings
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high volume transactions
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
