We're Hiring | Accounts Receivable
Are you a finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable to join us.
Responsibilities:
Prepares, posts, monitor and records customer payments and transactions related to Accounts Receivable (AR) .
Familiar with E-invoice.
Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
Recording and reconciling all incoming financial transactions received.
Manage AR aging reports, credit notes, and SOA confirmations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we are looking for :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
High level of integrity and meticulousness.
Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
