Account Receivables Specialist (hybrid)(pj)

Job Description
The role requires you to be the point of contact for debtors and creditors with the AR function, you would be acting as the advisor and answer to inquiries from both parties. The role is reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager.
This role would require you to:
- Handle internal/external customer inquiries - Dispute Payment, Credit Note, Balance Reconciliation and etc.
- Verify and generate credit and debit note
- Prepare Debtor Ageing and update daily bank transaction
- Issue dunning letters and handle disputes
- Organize monthly debtor\'s meetings
- Support the AR team on unidentified items & payment advice
- Liaise closely with the Sales department, External Auditors, and Legal team
- be based in central Petaling Jaya
A successful candidate would be required to possess the following:
- At least a university degree in accounting or business administration, or Chartered, Certified or Certified Professional Accountant is accepted.
- Minimum 3-4 years of handling Accounts Receivable
- Preferably one with previous Manufacturing/Industrial experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Pro-active, Flexible, Independent and strong Interpersonal skills
