JOB PURPOSE

• To carry out responsibilities and functions effectively within reasonable time in line with Credit Operation Manual, Circulars and Instructions.
• Supporting the Account Relationship Officer, Account Relationship Manager & Head of Corporate Banking Department.
• To ensure smooth and efficiently administrative / Clerical function for Corporate Banking Department.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To register all incoming/outgoing mails/fax.
• To post/courier all mails/documents
• Updating Credit & administration files
• To carry out tasks as per Officers, Manager\'s & Head\'s instructions.
• Preparing updated Matters Arising and Matters Outstanding to the management i.e BCIVC Meeting, MCC
• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining schedule meeting of Head & providing information to callers.
• Preparation of Meeting Pack - MCC/BCIVC/BOD
• Monitoring Monthly performance - Monthly Financing Stock, Annual Review, Disbursement. i.e.
• Day to day task as per instructed by HoD.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP * Credit Administrative Department (CAD)

• Credit Evaluation & Review (CERD)
• Early Care Monitoring (ECMS)
• Other related departments on ad-hoc requirement.

REQUIREMENTSEducation: Diploma in a related field, recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
