A Reputable IT Solutions Provider Company is hiring for Account Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Experience working as Account Manager with a good understanding of IT technologies including Data Centre, Network, Security and etc

-Manage expectations and set timelines with the customers on the issues raised as well as enhancement requests

-Lead the discussion of the sales renewal process and continuous build good relationships with the customers, gather inputs and feedback on the usage of the IT products

-Communicate clients requirements and business objectives to the Project Manager and Product Development team

-Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts/ideas to solve issues

-Good communication and presentation skills
