Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to construction / renovation / design & build industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Cash Flow).
• Prepare monthly & yearly financial reports.
• Manage tax, audit, and compliance matters.
• Monitor project costing, budgeting & forecasting.
• Guide junior accounts staff & liaise with auditors/tax agents
