Senior Account Executive

What You'll Do

A. Operational Management

- Oversee day-to-day execution of accounting tasks.
- Review juniors' and interns' work before escalation.
- Ensure deadlines of accounts are met.
- Resolve operational issues quickly.

B. Client Communication & Relationship

- Serve as main contact for assigned clients.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups.
- Attend meetings and represent the firm professionally.
- Manage expectations and handle minor conflicts.

C. Team Supervision

- Allocate tasks to juniors and interns.
- Provide coaching and correction when needed.
- Monitor performance and punctuality.
- Maintain team discipline and work quality.

D. Reporting & Administration

- Weekly report to Manager/Director on progress and issues.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation.
- Update job status, trackers, and SOPs.

E. Process & System Improvement

- Identify process gaps and propose solutions.
- Improve templates, SOPs, checklists.
- Proficient in

Autocount & Microsoft Office

F. Professional Conduct

- Uphold confidentiality at all times.
- No external complaints or negative communication to clients.
- Protect the company's reputation.

of relevant experience (accounting firm background preferred).
