• Position Title: Account Servicing Executive / Client Engagement Executive
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their advertising needs.
• Understand clients\' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audiences to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that meet clients\' objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to clients, driving revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations, proposals, and reports, showcasing the agency\'s capabilities and results.
• Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

• Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or Professional Degree in preferably a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an advertising/digital agency.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising technologies.
• Familiarity with interactive projects, digital marketing and social media is a plus.
