Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Accountant
• Working Location: Sembawang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 1 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Print e-banking bank statement & monthly bank balance check
• Check accounts payable and receivable situation
• Establishment of invoices and payment check
• Data entry
• Quarterly closing and reporting to the Management
• Inter Company balance check and reporting to Group management
• Verification and/or establishment of the evidence of the activity (contract, invoices, mail, confirmations etc.)
• Preparation of financial statements and the yearly audit
• Liaise with external & internal auditor
• Establishment of budget, control and check list for the Company and the Group
• Reporting to the management and group management
• Establishment of financial statement for limited review by auditors
• Coordination duties with the other companies of the Group
• Team support for other duties assigned
• Ad Hoc duties as request by Management

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Candidates with experience handling foreign currencies are preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office & MYOB is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
