Requirements

• Mandarin & English speaker
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• 3+ years of financial accounting work experience, familiarity with Malaysian national tax lawsis preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart analysis, etc,) with good data analysis skills, and able to independently complete the preparation and analysis of financial statements.)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily expense reimbursement, income, cost and other accountingensuring that vouchers are entered accurately and in compliance with regulations; review originaldocuments (invoices, contracts, etc.) to ensure that financial data is true and complete;
• Regularly check currentaccounts (accounts receivable/payable, other receivables, etc.) and follow up on abnormal paymentprocessing.
• Summarize and analyze report data.
• Other collaborations: communicate withbusiness departments to answer questions related to financial processes and systems;
• Complete otherfinancial support tasks assigned by superiors (such as contract financial terms review, fixed assets,inventory counting, etc.
