Purpose of Role

The position of Accountant, Accounting (Senior Executive) department entails supervising accounting duties related to accounts receivable within specific sales channels, such as Retail, Ecommerce, or Wholesale. The individual in this role is accountable for daily management of customer accounts and the reconciliation of collections according to their assigned sales channel.

Your Impact

Retail

• Post the retail sales statement, perform the cash reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliation, UA/Mall voucher reconciliation.
• Track the retail void receipts to ensure all the void receipts are reported to the corporate office.
• Handling credit card issues and credit card terminal
• Submit the monthly sales statement to the landlord for the turnover rent calculation.
• Coordinate the retail store take.

Ecommerce

• Perform ecommerce reconciliation to allocate the receipt to the correct order and recording the revenue into the accounting system.
• Allocate incoming receipts into the accounting system in a timely manner and actively work with different parties to research and resolve orders and collection discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure that aging is up to date and that credits and collections are applied.

Wholesales

• Process collection receipts and resolve any irregularities or enquiries with the customers.
• Reconciliation of customers\' statement of accounts and maintaining of accounts receivable files
• Produce weekly wholesales collection report and follow up on the settlement of due invoices.
• Preparation of wholesales customers\' billings such as CN, DN and etc.
• Match and post Trade AP invoices.

General

• Play an active role in month end closing activities and close the account on time.
• Contribute to the yearly compliance audit within one\'s designated area of responsibility.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or accounting professional qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of similar accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP solutions (Ms Dynamics 365) with aptitude to learn new systems.
• Strong communication, integrity & good analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated and independent team worker.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• A sincere and contagious passion for building Under Armour.
• Ability to listen, to discern and to respect the beliefs of teammates.
• Smart, creative, compelling, driven. Not afraid to lead others past their comfort zone. Creates a sense of urgency.
