is looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

to support our finance function across investment holding, construction, and property development entities.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong

audit foundation (min. 3 years)

plus

hands-on commercial industry experience

looking to advance their career in a listed company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports and group consolidation of accounts. Ensure compliance with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and compliance, taxation, and statutory obligations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers. Take charge in group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and support corporate finance related tasks. Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

Professional qualification

(ACCA, CPA, or equivalent);

MIA membership required

.

Minimum 3 years' audit experience

plus exposure in commercial industry

preferred (e.g., property, construction, or investment holding). Strong technical knowledge in MFRS, tax, and Bursa compliance matters. Independent, analytical, and meticulous with strong communication and interpersonal skills. With sense of urgency and meet reporting deadlines.
