Handle hire purchase accounts, including documentation, payment schedules, and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly hire purchase interest calculations and ensure accurate postings.
Monitor HP loan balances and ensure timely payments to financial institutions.
General Accounting
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and P&L reports.
Manage AP/AR entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with taxation, audit preparation, and year-end closing activities.
Financial Management
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
, preferably in hire purchase accounting.
Strong understanding of HP financing documentation and processes.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar).
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
Good communication and time-management skills.
