Job Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Consolidation Worksheet, Quarterly Business Operation Review and Quarter Report of the Group for Key Management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Financial Controller in preparing Annual Report and matters relating to Annual General Meeting and Corporate Governance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare estimated tax computation and deferred tax of the Group for quarter announcement and review tax computations computed by Tax Agent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform cost analysis on material costs, Work-In-Progress, labour costs, standard Parts & Hardware, R&D Projects and Stocks Obsolescence on listings provided by Project Costing Manager to support detailed Inventory status at month-end. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of movement of Treasury Shares and issuance of additional shares through ESOS, computation of share-based payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Other Investment Listing updates including Equity and Debt Investment, on monthly basis for Management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare computation of expected credit loss (ECL) in accordance of the adoption of MFRS 9. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report to Bank Negara Malaysia on the sales proceeds in Foreign Currency which exceeded 6 months from date of invoice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with External Auditors for Year End accounts audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Tax Agents for Tax Computation and Tax Filing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other duty as and may be assigned by management from time to time. Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor of degree in Accountancy or professional accounting certificates such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA & MICPA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3-4 years of audit experience and preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical, meticulous, good interpersonal and organization skills.
