\xc2\xb7 Supervise the Accounts & Finance Department of PCMT Group and organize work to meet reporting deadlines \xc2\xb7 Prepare timely and accurate monthly PCMT Group Finance Management Reports on results and performances \xc2\xb7 Prepare/review PCMT Group accounts, consolidation, reconciliation of inter-company accounts \xc2\xb7 Prepare annual statutory accounts of PCMT Group \xc2\xb7 Preparation of tax and deferred tax computation and manage the tax planning of the Company \xc2\xb7 Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with the DMB Group\'s policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirement. \xc2\xb7 Prepare/review annual PCMT Group budgets, forecasts and projections \xc2\xb7 Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on internal/external audit matters, tax and other statutory compliances \xc2\xb7 Review and implement Finance and accounting policies, procedures, internal control systems and identify areas of potential risks and opportunities and to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements \xc2\xb7 Handling GST matters e.g. data compilation and monthly submission \xc2\xb7 Checking on KSK (outsource foreign workers) card working hours and payments \xc2\xb7 Compliance to Company ISO Standards and Procedures \xc2\xb7 All others as directed and instructed by the Management from time to time
