- Possess a minimum of Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactiveness, result-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong accounting and financial analytical skills.
- Good attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate Finance and/or corporate strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with bankers, solicitors, government officers, auditors, consultants etc.
- Responsible for management of financial/ accounting functions of the company.
- To ensure that all financial and accounting reports are in compliance with the approved accounting standards in Malaysia.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment/ divestment proposals and feasibility studies.
- To assist in development of corporate compliance that comply with internal and external governance and best practice requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks/ duties as and when required.
